Linda Callanan is a self-taught quilter, sewist, and upcycler with a passion for transforming secondhand treasures into one-of-a-kind creations. She specializes in crafting a variety of bags from discarded denim, breathing new life into vintage jackets by incorporating unique quilt pieces, and, most recently, reimagining thrifted sweatshirts into playful and distinctive designs.

Last year, she launched Cotton and Blue Co., quickly becoming a familiar face at Boston’s vibrant makers markets, as well as at the Mayfly store in Burlington Mall.
